Account information: Email address, name, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
Organization data: Company names, revenue operations data, process documentation, and other content you enter into the platform.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, browser type, and IP address for analytics and service improvement.
Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. We receive billing email, subscription status, and transaction IDs from Stripe.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your organization data for training AI models or for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.
Your data is stored on Supabase (powered by AWS) in the United States. We use TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and Row Level Security to ensure your data is only accessible to authorized members of your organization.

Active account data is retained while your account exists. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
The Service is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your data is processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the US.
