By accessing or using RevOps Prime ("Service"), operated by RevOps Prime, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
RevOps Prime is a SaaS platform for documenting, auditing, and planning revenue operations. The Service includes plan management, data tables, template libraries, PDF export, team collaboration, and related features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid features require a Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed at time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes do not affect existing subscription periods.
The free tier includes limited functionality (25 rows per table, 1 organization, no CSV import or PDF export). We may modify free tier limits at any time.
You retain all ownership of data you input into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts; (c) interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; (d) upload malicious code; (e) resell access to the Service without authorization.
Org owners may transfer ownership to another user. Upon acceptance, the new owner assumes all rights and responsibilities for that organization's data and billing.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
